About us
We started this because of our own dogs
We started this business because we noticed a disconnect between us and our personal groomers. Taking our dogs to the groomers just wasn't a pleasant experience.
We noticed that upon arrival people would just leave their dogs and the dog would be cared for once it was their turn. But there was no connection or communication.
So we built the shop we wanted to take our own dogs to. No kennels. No cage dryers. And somebody who tells you what they found.
First visit?
The questions people are too polite to ask
Will my pet sit in a cage waiting?
No. There are no kennels in the shop. You book a time and at that time your pet is the one on the table.
What if they're nervous, old, or hate the dryer?
Tell us in the intake and we plan around it. We hand-dry everything anyway, so there's no loud box to sit in. If a pet has had enough, we stop.
What happens if the coat is badly matted?
We call you before we do anything. Where the skin can take it we brush it out. Where it can't, we explain why and what the alternative looks like — and you decide, not us.
How long will it take?
Most dogs are two to three hours depending on coat and size. We'd rather take longer than rush a nervous pet.
Can I watch?
You can see the floor from the front — there's nothing hidden. We'll also tell you everything we found at pickup, whether you ask or not.
What will it cost?
We won't quote online, because coat condition changes the answer. We look at your pet with you, then give you a price before we start. Nothing is charged through this website.
