A full wash in the tub, hand-dried and brushed out, sized to your dog. Nails and ears are part of it, not an extra.
The bath, plus a proper de-shed and a tidy of the outline — feet, face, sanitary — without committing to a full haircut.

Most shops shave a matted coat off because it's faster. We brush it out where the skin can take it, and we tell you honestly when it can't.
